Web design · UX/UI

Websites that make sense without instructions.

We research how your customers use the web and design every screen so they find what they need, trust you and take the next step.

Why it matters

If your customers get lost, they don’t buy.

A website can look amazing and still lose customers: confusing menus, endless forms, buttons you can’t see on a phone. UX/UI design fixes that before it costs you money.

Our UX director leads every project. We start by understanding your users and your goals, organize the content and test the structure with prototypes. Visual design comes once we know the experience works.

Accessibility

We design for everyone. Google included.

We follow the WCAG 2.2 level AA accessibility guidelines: enough contrast, readable text, keyboard navigation and clear forms. An accessible website reaches more people, meets legal requirements in more markets and is easier for search engines to understand.

  • Contrast and text sizes checked.
  • Full navigation by keyboard and screen reader.
  • Forms with clear error messages.
The process

First we understand. Then we design.

Four stages with clear deliverables, and you in on the big decisions.

  1. Discovery

Goals, users, competitors and everything you already know about your customers.

  2. Structure

Information architecture and wireframes for the key screens.

  3. Prototype

You click through it, we test it with users and adjust before designing the details.

  4. Final design

Complete interface on desktop and mobile, ready for development.

FAQ

About UX/UI design.

What is the difference between UX and UI?

UX (user experience) is how your website works: what people find, in what order and how easy it is to do what they came for. UI (user interface) is how it looks: colors, typography, buttons and details. We design both together.

Can I hire only the design and build it with my own team?

Yes. We hand over the design in Figma with its components and specs, and support your developers so it gets built exactly as designed.

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes. We start by reviewing what works and what doesn’t on your current site, using data when it is available, so we don’t throw away what already works.

Do you also design apps and platforms?

Yes. We design interfaces for web apps, portals and internal dashboards. If you also need us to build them, take a look at our web apps service.
