What we did.

Tribune Publishing is a media company with award-winning journalism and local brands across seven major markets, among them the Chicago Tribune and the Orlando Sentinel. They needed to rebuild their careers section.

We built a central job board with an interactive map for browsing openings by location and brand, plus a dedicated microsite for each publication. All of it connected to their application system.

The result pulled the openings from every sub-brand into one place and made job hunting simple and clear, while spelling out why working there is worth it.
